New accounts
If you have recently moved to Ammon, you will need to come into our office and complete an application at the front counter in order to set up a new account. We require a $150 deposit to open a new account for city services. This deposit is refundable after one year if the account is maintained in good standing. Deposits are waived when transferring an account in good standing to a new address. For new construction, we require proof that a certificate of occupancy has been issued for the property before an account for city services may be opened.
