Treasurer
Jennifer Belfield started with the City as Treasurer in August of 2008 and really enjoys her job and colleagues. She grew up in the Rexburg area and currently resides locally with her husband and two children. Jennifer began her career in accounting in 1997. She enjoys camping, dirt biking and having fun with her children.
Treasurer
The Treasurer administers the collection, management and disbursement of all City moneys. This includes utility billings, cash receipts, payables, NSF collections, quarterly reports, and budgets. All budgets posted will be made available online for your review.
Note that monthly bills are due on the 10th of the month, or the following Monday if the 10th falls on a weekend. Late fees are posted the next business day (usually the 11th).
